After I got back Fitbloggin last week I went ahead and had a custom armband made. Figured it’d be a nice little reminder to myself that we’re going to do things right this time.
Speaking of which, all things considered, I’d say this past week went really well. I worked out everyday but Thursday, and overall ate pretty well. Still ordered out once or twice when I didn’t feel like cooking though, the order was smaller than usual but I still need to get out of that habit once and for all.
When I weighed in on Friday I was down to 330.5 lbs. So I lost 3.5 pounds over the course of the week, which isn’t too shabby. I plan to get to regular weigh-in posts, which I think will be occurring on Saturday, like they used to when I was doing Weight Watchers.
I’ve also rediscovered a love of swimming. When I lived at home I used to go swimming in my parents pool almost daily, but since then it’s been a very sporadic thing. This past week I’ve been heading to the gym immediately after work though, so I can get some laps in the pool before it gets crowded.
For this week, my focus is going to be on establishing regular routines (which were hard to do last week with the holiday and just being back from vacation). I want to get into a regular cooking and eating at home routine, as well as a more structured gym routine so I can do more group fitness classes.
