Can I just say that the past few weeks have been ridiculously busy? For starters, I moved last week, and this week I have been housesitting for my aunt all week (so I haven’t even been able to spend more than a couple of days in my new apartment).
I’m still working towards my goals though. I signed up with a personal trainer at the new gym, and have been working out with him twice a week. I’ve been going to the gym outside of the training sessions to, but maybe not as much this week since I’m staying 40 minutes away from the gym, instead of my usual 10 minutes.
I did set myself up with a goal though! In September I will be doing another Crossfit competition, “Leader of the Pack”!
I did this same competition last year, but didn’t think I’d be doing any this year. I had fallen out of habit with everything and didn’t think I’d be ready. The trainer kinda sorta guilted me into signing up though.
How’re you all doing?
